I arrived about 10 minutes early and found the door to be locked and the "We take walk-ins" sign inside. I waited until 2:10pm and still no groomer.. Tried to call, but no answer. I only gave them one star for being courteous and giving a full rundown of what a full service grooming would include and, of course, the cost.
