  Horrible customer service especially for a "security" company. I had a break in at my house and four days later they still haven't responded or had a service technician contact me which is what they promised within 24-48 hrs. POST BREAK-IN. I also have month to month contract but they are trying to hold me responsible for a 5 yr. contract! They are thieves and liars. Do NOT use them. Find a reliable security company. They also never answer the phone. USELESS

  I am glad I waited to rate Alpha Alarm. Horrible management/leadership. When they sell and install. They ride off into the sunset with your money and leave you with issues. In the first month I would have given Alpha Alarm 5 stars. Now Alpha Alarm doesn't deserve 1 star. We have a roof leak that they caused by running the wires. We asked for a manager & we were NEVER given the opportunity to speak with one. Even after we sent a video of water dribbling from their wires onto our wood floors. Its been several weeks and it's impossible to get Alpha Alarm to return a call. Our floors have warped & the roof leak has never been addressed or repaired since we brought it up. This is only one of several problems we've had. I regret dropping my previous Alarm Co.
