  Went to Ann Matthews for my sister wedding. We walked in and it was very beautiful and a nice little set up. The person at the front desk greeted us promptly and very nice. We waited a few minutes for our consultant that was going to be helping my sister with trying on wedding dresses. While we were waiting we were looking at all the different dress and seeing if there was something my sister would like. Our consultant girl came up and quickly directed us back to the waiting room saying that unfortunately all the dresses on that rack were over our budget and would not get in on time. At that point we all got this bad feeling. The consultant sat down and started asking my sister some questions. Then she said she was going to the back to grab a few dress and get the area set up for us and to wait in the waiting area.. So we did. About 10 min later she called us back! All of us sat down on the couches and she took my sister to the changing room.. She was asking my sister more questions at that point and then said that unfortunately with her budget and time constraint that this was not the dress shop for her... She had my sister try on one dress but you can tell it was a pity try on. She obviously didn't want to deal with us. We saw a dress that we wanted to just try on to see but she straight up told us it was out of our budget and wouldn't get here in time so we could not try it on. So basically we drove all the way up there for them to tell us with our budget and time line they were not the dress shop for us. I understand rules are rules but why couldn't they have told her that on the phone when she told them that information? Why couldn't we try on a dress that was 500 over our budget because i guarantee you if we try on a dress and it was 500/600 over our budget but the bride loved it we would have figured out a way to buy it. But no we got a "we're too good of a dress shop for you" feeling. So i would not recommend this dress shop.

  Ann Matthews made looking for a wedding dress incredibly enjoyable. The customer service was friendly and not overwhelming. Their years of experience shows as they filter through the dresses to find dresses that are flattering to your body and meet your expectation. The dresses are unique and have a wide range of pricing. I would highly recommend them!
