  A salesperson approached is to see if there was something that she could help us find. I said "I'm looking for a Yankee Candle car vent air freshener" the sales person says "I don't think that we carry those but I can check I the computer". Now, she is standing next to the computer when she says that she doesn't think that they carry that. I also describe the item as a small round air freshener with the "Yankee Candle" logo in the middle. She steps to the side & what do I find right behind her next to the computer (literally inches) that she's going to use to find my item? An entire rack of what I'm looking for! If it was a snake it would have bit her. I was disturbed by the lack of store knowledge that this employee displayed. I spend hundreds in this store monthly & for the employees to not know where things are is unacceptable. If you work there you should know where things are before offering assistance.
