The tall blonde clerk with blue eyes humiliated my Mom. Said he can't sell her any tobacco today because he doesn't know if it's for her or not, and some old man in the office kept saying it's the tobacco law. YOU BOTH should know the tobacco law, and what you did isn't it, not is it a house policy. We ARE filling out a formal complaint!!
