  Average experience. I used them for a small commercial application. There was some miscommunication along the way, and because of it I went with The Floor Store for my next project. Update: The miscommunication issue involved: 1. I spend 20 minutes trying to determine if cove base was going to be installed on my project. The (undertrained?) staff member's agenda was to simply get my deposit and get me out the door. I think it should have been to clarifying the product instillation and the customer's wants/desires. 2. Upon completion of the job, I setup a bill pay account and sent the remaining balance via mail delivered within 2 weeks after completion of the job. The financial administrator for your company was very upset. She called me several times, stated that I was not sanctioned to pay this way, stated she needed the money soon to "balance her books", and basically threatened to "call me back if the money was not received" by a certain date. The whole process didn't have a positive impression on me. I hope this is more clear.
