- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 20, 2019, by Payal SenI have called them three times wanting an update on my labcoats I ordered a MONTH ago( they had told me it would take two weeks) and they couldn't even find me on their list ! Even on a computer ! Everytime I call I get some random excuse -the previous girl has left, the new one doesn't know what I'm talking about and the owner is NEVER there. Iv left my phone no. A billion times and have never heard back. Iv even emailed the lady but haven't heard back. Worst customer service and worst service ever. Do NOT make the mistake of going here.
