  I purchased shoes for my husband for his birthday in February that were a half sized too big and had never been worn, the receipt says there's a 90 day return policy. When I tried to return them before the 90 day policy ended. They wanted to say the shoes were worn. I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service. We like their product. But they've lost our business.
