A tiny parking lot, into which people careen right off of Central like it's an Indy 500. I get that although it's just blocks away from one of the nicest parts of Abq, it is located right along Central, so it can attract a sketchy clientele just by the dint of that. Still, there's no law that a place * has to* be seedy just because it's along Central... is there?
