  WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY! We are planning our wedding and my fiance wanted to buy a suit from here, and have the guys rent their tuxes. Even though he bought his suit, he still had to put a deposit down for the "wedding rental" which we weren't too happy with, but it's only 20 bucks. Now when it came time to alter his suit we didn't want to wait a month before the wedding. It's a good thing we did not because it it was a mess. I get it, it's supposed to be a custom made suit, but the way it came out the THIRD time, was the last time. If this is your job, how hard can it be to tailor a suit. We returned the suit, and bought a fitted suit from a competitor. We also pulled our wedding party, because if they couldn't even get a simple pant tailor correct, how would they be able to get an entire suit for our party correct. NEVER SHOP HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

  Great service. We rented tuxedos for my brothers wedding and we were impressed. Due to hurricane Harvey we were told our tuxedos would be arriving late. Jason Gonzales stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. He had a back up plan just in case they did not arrive on time. Thank you Jason for your excellent customer service. We will be returning to see you again.
