  2 stars because once in a blue moon you can find a competent employee to help you and who cares about fulfilling your needs. However, majority of the time I have gone into this specific location I am misinformed resulting in spending more of my time calling customer service and/or making several trips back to the store. My advice for anyone who would like to try this store out, just make sure to ask your questions in all forms and different ways to ensure there is no miscommunication.. oh and to have patience in your back pocket.
