  Great staff and great customer service. Went to a different location first and that location didn’t not want to help, was to busy watching tv on the phone. Rudy, the moment we walk in she greeted and help us right away. Took care of us to upgrade to the 8 plus even though it was close to closing she didn’t care. She took the time to help and even gave her number to us if we had any issues when we got home. That is taking care of the customer. This store is the one I will be going to from now on. Thank you for your great customer service!!

  I switched from another network and it all started out very well. The employees in the store were very helpful making the switch, and it was the monthly price they quoted me that got me to make the switch in the first place as it was supposed to save me a decent bit of money each month over my old plan. When I checked my bill on the app it showed a higher number than what the salespeople quoted me. They had mentioned this might happen and if so, to contact them and they would take care of it right away. I called them as soon as I noticed, which was 10 days ago. Since then I have gone to the store in person once and called 3 more times, only to be told by T-Mobile customer service that the price is see on the app is correct, and the salespeople misled me. I would not have made the switch at all if I had known this would be the case. One positive, the salespeople have been very friendly and seemingly helpful in each of my contacts with them, they have just been unable to satisfactorily resolve the problem of being misled with regards to the cost of the plan.
