  If you absolutely have to go to a T-Mobile retail store, and you absolutely have to go to one of the three locations that are located on San Mateo, I don't recommend this particular San Mateo location. You'd likely be better served if you head north a few minutes and visit the other T-Mobile store on San Mateo. If you notice that you've passed a third T-Mobile retail store while driving north on San Mateo, then you know you've gone too far.

  Very good customer service, Luis Herrera is my favorite representative to go to. Always knows what he's doing and is very helpful. He always explains everything so you won't walk out of there with doubts and unanswered questions.
