  I called them asking "in how many days would I get the iphone 8+ if I order it today", and the employee (Michelle) told me she would need to have a look into my account which she couldn't over the phone. I told her that I was not looking to order over the phone but only wanted to know an estimate number of days I would get it if I qualified for the order. She repeated that she would need to check my account. Surprised, I asked her "if the number of days to receive the shipment varied with the standing of the account" to which she said "Yes". Just called the guys by the UNM, and the lady over there told me that the shipping speed would depend on the postal service I opted for and the basic (cheapest) would be $6.99 (if I remember it well) and would take around 7-10 business days (clean, quick information as you would expect).

  Look, I’m not going to complain and blame the low level employees who work at this store. They did screw things up telling my phone was locked when it was truly unlocked. There position should be paid in the $20/hour and up pay. No one who really knows about phones is going to work for less. They need to stop short changing us customers and hire people who can do the job by paying more
