  I put one because I can’t leave a 0. The pharmacist at night- flamboyant, balding, rude and disrespectful. I am a naturally bubbly person and went up “good evening!” He completely ignored me THEN spoke to me after giving me the silent treatment. I kindly, and calmly explained to him how I was told something by clearly one of his employees- and he spoke down to me, like I was a child and incompetent and was so beyond rude I can barely wrap my head around how he spoke to me and how he just treated me; I never complain or make a fuss, I understand you’re about to be the only one working tonight in 1 minute but there wasn’t a NO REASON to EVER speak to anyone the way you spoke to me. I am no a moron, you do not need to break it down 7 times about what the procedure is; I was just explaining to you what YOUR employee told me earlier today and I waited til 12 am to pick up my stuff like I WAS TOLD. And I understand you can’t put it through til after 12, but you do not need to speak to me like I am a child and a moron.

  I bought an OTC sleep aid in the middle of the night. There was a security gentleman on duty right next to the main checkout stand. When he saw me, he stepped closer to see whether I was OK. When I said I had just driven over from the VCA hospital where my dog died a half hour earlier, he gave me a big, sincere hug. He walked me out to my car. I don't know his name - I was too distraught and grief-stricken to notice much that night - but it was a gesture of such true human kindness that I will never forget it. Thank you.

  Amazing pharmacist went above and beyond to save us hours of time and get our patient the relieving medicine a couple days sooner! I wish all of healthcare had this guy's resourcefulness and competence.

  “Your order is ready for pickup” email should read “Your order SHOULD be ready for pickup”. What a waste of time driving to pickup my order and the guys says it’s not ready even after getting a email saying it is.
