  Worst customer service experience of my life, tried to return a defective tool six months ago, they sent the return to a non-existent bank account and haven't been able to fix the situation, now they have my money and the tool, they will take your money , your time and your sanity

  To me, (I suppose I qualify as a semi-professional woodworker) Woodworker's Supply is a venerable institution, a rarity in the Internet age, where you can communicate directly with real people who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable -- not just a bunch of clerks or salespeople, but professionals in their own right. The store has a great selection of tools, hardware, finishing materials and supplies onsite, and pretty much anything they may not have locally can be ordered easily from a vast selection available through their catalog. I recommend Woodworker's Supply highly to anyone with a serious interest of the art and craft of woodworking.
